We are BAM Enterprises LLC dba as ZonEdge (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), a company registered in Delaware, United States.

We operate the website https://ZonEdge.co (the “Site”), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the “Legal Terms”) (collectively, the “Services”).

We are a comprehensive Amazon product research and decision engine, offering SaaS-based software tools and professional guidance to help eCommerce entrepreneurs evaluate, validate, and confidently launch profitable products on Amazon’s marketplace. Our Services include educational content, online tools, scoring models, data analysis, consultation, APIs, and any associated content, support, or communications.

SERVICE LEVEL & UPTIME DISCLAIMER
While we strive to maintain continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance or unforeseen outages may affect service uptime. We disclaim all liability for service disruptions unless otherwise stated in a separate service level agreement (SLA).

API USAGE POLICY
If you access any of our APIs, you agree to do so in accordance with fair use practices. We reserve the right to impose rate limits, revoke keys, and restrict access if usage is deemed abusive, insecure, or excessive.

NO ACCESS TO AMAZON PROPRIETARY DATA OR AGGREGATE SELLER INFORMATION

The Services we provide are based solely on publicly available information, third-party sources, approved 3rd party data-sharing authorization, estimation techniques, and proprietary data science  and analytical models developed by the business and 3rd parties. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the insights or information generated. You acknowledge and agree that ZonEdge does not collect, store, or provide direct access to Amazon’s or other 3rd party internal systems or any confidential, proprietary, or seller-aggregated data. All insights provided are estimates and should not be relied upon as a substitute for Amazon’s own data, analysis, or decision-making systems. Use of our Services is at your own risk, and we disclaim any liability arising from reliance on the information or decisions made based on our platform’s outputs.

ACCOUNT TYPES AND RESTRICTIONS
ZonEdge may offer both free and paid account tiers. Access, usage limits, features, and support levels may vary depending on your plan. Paid plans may include specific terms in a separate agreement. Free users are not entitled to support or uptime guarantees unless explicitly stated.

AFFILIATE AND REFERRAL PROGRAMS
We may offer affiliate or referral programs that are governed by separate terms. If you participate in such programs, you agree to abide by their terms and refrain from misleading promotion or spamming practices.

ENTERPRISE CLIENTS
If you are an enterprise customer or agency operating under a custom contract or onboarding process, certain terms herein may be superseded by a signed master services agreement or enterprise licensing terms.
